The challenge
Ops leaders ran status from Slack threads and fragile sheets. No one trusted the numbers, and weekly meetings became archaeology instead of decisions.
Our approach
- Interviewed ops, finance, and engineering on what 'done' actually meant
- Designed a multi-tenant model with clear roles and exportable reports
- Prioritized alerts and digests so noise stayed out of the core UI
- Launched with a pilot tenant, then rolled out with migration playbooks
